1. Sign up for free

Globe Chaser's help desk is 100% free of charge. Once you have registered for free, you can send us your question via a ticket. Tickets are messages to our customer support team.

2. Submit a ticket

With the way our help desk is structured, it's easy to submit your request to us via a ticket. On the ticket dashboard, you can see your submitted and completed tickets.

3. Support within 48 hours

We guarantee a reply from our support team within 48 hours of submitting your ticket. You will also get an email once your ticket has been replied to.
