2. User Eligibility

• The app is suitable for families with children aged 4+, adults, and teams.
• Users under the age of 18 should have parental or guardian consent to use the app.
  
  

3. Account Registration

• Users must register an account to participate in or create adventures.
• Account information must be accurate and kept up-to-date.
  
  

4. Free and Paid Services

• Downloading and joining adventures is free of charge.
• Creating adventures requires a subscription to one of the following plans:
  • Scavenger Hunt Plan
  • Guided Adventure Plan
  • Ultimate Plan
• Detailed services and fees for each plan are available on the App Store and Google Play Store.
  
  

5. In-App Purchases

• Users can purchase upgrades such as extra teams and extra checkpoints.
• Prices for these upgrades are as listed in the app.
• In-app purchases are charged on a consumption basis.
  
  

6. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
• Automatic renewal unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• No refunds for partial months or years.
  
  

7. User Responsibilities and Liability

• Users are solely responsible for their safety and the safety of their group while using the Globe Chaser app.
• It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and lawful manner.
• Users must assess the risks associated with each adventure and act accordingly.
• Globe Chaser is not responsible for supervising or ensuring the safety of users during their participation in activities.
• Users must comply with all local laws and regulations and respect both public and private property during their adventures.
• Users are fully liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur as a result of their participation in activities facilitated by the Globe Chaser app.
• Globe Chaser shall not be held liable for any harm, injury, or loss incurred as a result of or in connection with the use of the app, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.
  
  

8. Indemnification

• Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Globe Chaser, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense arising out of or in relation to the use of the app, including but not limited to: violation of these terms, violation of any rights of another, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
