What is Globe Chaser and what can I use it for?

Globe Chaser is the new app for smart outdoor team events, rally adventures and exciting city tours. The app was designed primarily for companies and event agencies to create sustainable team experiences. This enables event agencies to expand their portfolio with smart technology. Companies benefit from a cost-effective all-round & motivation solution for their employees.

How do I register my agency at Globe Chaser?

The registration is very simple: you can choose from three packages, from which you can order a package. Alternatively, you can contact us as a new agency to test the product. The app and dashboard are ready to use immediately after registration.

Registration does not work – What’s wrong?

Have you already registered for a package? If yes, you can use this to reset the password with which you log into the backend (dashboard) on the PC or MAC. If all this does not work, please send an email to support@globe-chaser.de with the topic “Login not possible” – we will solve your request as soon as possible.

Is an internet connection necessary for using the app?

We recommend using the app outside WLAN networks. To start with, an internet connection must be established so that the current event can be downloaded by clicking on the smartphone or tablet. Once downloaded, the app still works. ATTENTION: the routes will not be recalculated. We recommend at least a temporary working LTE or 3G connection. It is also not possible to upload videos, photos and sound files during the offline phase. This happens automatically as soon as the internet connection is restored.

Where can the app be used?

The app can be used in almost any environment worldwide. There must be a functioning GPS signal and the app must also have an internet signal at the beginning and if possible, in between.

Is Globe Chaser also available in other languages?

Yes! Currently Globe Chaser is available in German and English. Further languages are planned.

What are the costs associated with Globe Chaser?

The app itself can be downloaded free of charge from the Apple Appstore and the Google Playstore at any time. For the planning and execution of projects a package is necessary, which can be bought with registration. There are three agency and company packages with different features to choose from.

You can pay the package annually or monthly. With the annual variant, agencies and companies save a whole month and the set-up fee.

What are the payment options?

Currently payments via Paypal are accepted in order to activate the product immediately. There you have the possibility to use different payment methods.

The first trial month at 99 € net plus VAT will be activated for you by us via email. For this you will receive an invoice, which must be paid by bank transfer within 7 days after activation.

How can I change my subscription?

In your dashboard, you can switch to your subscription details by clicking on “Account” and upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Note: an upgrade or downgrade is immediately due and payable. It is not possible to switch automatically to the next payment cycle.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Monthly payment method: You can cancel Globe Chaser within 14 days’ to the end of the month.

Annual payment method: You can cancel Globe Chaser within six weeks’ to the end of the year.

For cancellations, please use the email address support@globe-chaser.de and select “Cancellation” in the subject line. All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

Is there an app for iOS and Android devices?

Yes, you can currently use the app on all Android and iOS devices. Should you experience any difficulties or problems, please send us a short email.

How do I reset my password?

In the app: Simply click on “Forgot password” on the login screen. A link to reset your password will be sent to the email address you provided. The link is valid for a maximum of 12 hours.

In the backend / dashboard: After you have clicked on “Login” on the website, you can click on “Forgot password” in the following screen. A link to reset your password will then be sent to the email address you provided. The link is valid for a maximum of 12 hours.

What happens to my data?

We take data protection very seriously. Your data will be securely administered by us and stored on the server. You can find information on data protection here:
