By applying to become a test user for the Globe-Chaser outdoor recreation and adventure app, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The Globe-Chaser test program is open to individuals aged 18 years and older. Minors between the ages of 13 and 18 can participate with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Purpose: The primary purpose of this program is to provide feedback on the functionality, usability, and overall experience of the Globe-Chaser app.
3. Confidentiality: As a test user, you may have access to features or information that is not yet publicly available. You agree to keep this information confidential and not to disclose any details about the app or your experience to any third parties without the express permission of Globe-Chaser.
4. Feedback: By participating, you agree to provide constructive feedback through channels designated by Globe-Chaser. All feedback, suggestions, and ideas shared by you become the property of Globe-Chaser and may be used for future development, marketing, or other purposes.
5. No Compensation: Participation as a test user is voluntary, and there will be no financial or other compensation provided.
6. User Data: Globe-Chaser may collect data from your usage to improve the app. This data will be anonymized and will not be shared with third parties. Your personal data will be protected in accordance with our privacy policy.
7. Termination: Globe-Chaser reserves the right to terminate your participation as a test user at any time without prior notice. Additionally, you can withdraw from the test program at any time.
8. Updates & Changes: Globe-Chaser may update the app, add or remove features, or make other changes based on feedback during the testing phase.
9. Limitation of Liability: By participating, you understand that the app is in a testing phase and may have bugs or issues. Globe-Chaser will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the app during the testing phase.
10. Agreement: By applying to become a test user, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
